Currently pursuing a PhD in AI and Leadership, Daniela is passionate about using data-driven insights, kind leadership, and digital strategy to support healthcare transformation. With experience as CEO, Chief Officer, and Associate Director of Digital Health, she understands the challenges of integrating AI into real-world healthcare settings and has a track record of leading digital innovation while fostering diverse and inclusive teams.

In this session, Daniela will share her experiences navigating AI strategy, governance, and digital healthcare innovation, offering insights into how soft influence + hard data can transform organisations.
